I honestly have no idea what this really is. I bought it to make white negronis once (made with white vermouth, and Suze acting as the bitter). Handsome bottle.

Sometimes I splash this in a gin martini to give it a bit more body. It’s also nice on ice.

It literally does not get more basic than Aperol. It’s fine, people love it.

I’ll be honest with this you, this tastes disgusting. You gotta be looking for something real dank if you drink this. It’s impossible to mix.
